He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP). Prior to joining TNB Financial Services, Randy was the Chief Operating Officer of Pople Financial Consulting, Inc. and previous to that, the President of Capital City Trust Company. His experience also includes management roles in the Trust Divisions of Wachovia Bank and First Tennessee Bank, as well as trust consulting while a partner with Cannon Financial Institute. Randy is a member of the Board of Trustees of Tallahassee Collegiate Academy and past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Tallahassee Community College. He is also past Chairman of the Trust Division of the Florida Bankers Association, the Tallahassee Regional Estate Planning Council, and the Leon County Investment Oversight Committee. Randy has also served on the boards of Elder Care Services, Big Bend Cares, the Mary Brogan Museum of Arts and Sciences, and the Tallahassee Chapter of the Red Cross. Randy has been an instructor at the Florida Bankers Association Trust School for 32 years. He was honored by the Florida Bankers Association as Trust Bank of the Year in 2005 and inducted into the Trust Banking Hall of Fame in 2013.     Kimberly L. King and Robert B. Celander are lawyers in the Tallahassee firm of King & Wood, P.A., where they practice law with Edward W. Wood, Elizabeth J.
